Its RODEOHOUSTON season and the Trail Riders are making their way into town!👢
Every year, more than 3,000 riders saddle up from all directions to participate in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Downtown Rodeo Parade. Approximately 1,300 miles are covered by the Trail Rides, and they pass right through Memorial Park!

🐎Riders will begin arriving along Memorial Drive on Thursday, February 27. Memorial Drive will remain open, but drivers should expect traffic delays throughout the weekend.

Please note: the following Park areas will be closed from Thursday, February 27 to mid-afternoon on Saturday, March 1 to accommodate Trail Rider groups:

🌳Running Complex Parking Lot & Restrooms
🌳Picnic Loop Parking Lot & Restrooms
🌳Commuter Trail from Picnic Loop to the Running Trails Center
🌳Living Bridge
🌳West Memorial Loop Dr.

The Cullen Running Trails Center will be closed to the public from Thursday, February 27 – Saturday, March 1. The
