Happy National Dog Day! Niko is celebrating by being released from his pen. His after heart surgery confinement time is finally done. This 3-month-old puppy is enjoying being a puppy again. ♥️ Watch The Pom Squad website for updates on this cutie. He's being fostered in Houston TX.

UPDATE: Milo got adopted! Thanks to everyone who shared the post. Also, thanks to everyone who had nothing but good things to say. Rescue isn't easy. Most of the dogs we get have emotional trauma or medical issues. We take care of them and make sure they're healed to the best of our abilities. Then, we watch them go on to their new lives. Happy Tails Milo!

Milo has been in rescue with The Pom Squad since April and we can't figure out why. He's beautiful, sweet, and very loving. His foster mom's grandchildren love him and Milo cuddles up and sleeps with them at night. He does have anxiety that causes him to spin and bark, but we put him on medication and he's doing much better. His anxiety does not make him aggressive, he doesn't chew on things because of it, he just spins a lot. Milo is crate trained, fully vetted, microchipped, heartworm negative, and ready to find his new home. Please check out his post on The Pom Squad website on the link below.
