We are beyond proud to celebrate our Founder and CEO, Dr. Khara Breeden, for being named a 2026 Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business honoree 💙

Dr. Breeden founded TXFNE because she saw a gap in forensic nursing services and knew survivors deserved better. Since then, she has built a program that provides comprehensive medical forensic exams and a victim-centered response for survivors across Houston and surrounding counties.
