🚨 CALL TO ACTION — RIVERSIDE TERRACE 🚨
Strong appreciation to every neighbor, block captain, and faith leader pushing back against illegal dumping on our streets. This is what community power looks like. 💪🏾
👉 STEP ON THE GAS FOR 311 REPORTS
Flood the system. Document everything.

👉 LIGHT UP THE INBOXES
Every report = a data point. Every data point = accountability. Every ticket = pressure for cleanup and enforcement.
👉 DOCUMENT THE HOTSPOTS 📸
311 needs photos of: active dumping and dumpers · repeat hotspots · what was dumped (tires, construction debris, general trash) · license plates (only if safe to capture).
👉 TAG IT — · ·
⚠️ WHY IT MATTERS (REAL TALK): Illegal dumping is a public-health risk (rats, mosquitoes, contamination), a flooding risk (blocked drains and ditches), and environmental injustice in our neighborhood. We can flip the script — together.
🎁 CRIME STOPPERS — anonymous tips with cash rewards: 713-222-TIPS (8477). Free “No Dumping” signs: file a 311 SR for hotspot blocks.
🌱 APPRECIATION + MOMENTUM — To every neighbor making a call, snapping a photo, or speaking up at meetings: THANK YOU. This is how we protect our blocks, build evidence for enforcement, push for long-term investment, and reclaim our neighborhood.
🔥 FINAL WORD: If you see it — REPORT IT. If you can document it — PROVE IT. If you care about your block — ACT ON IT.
We don’t ignore dumping in Riverside Terrace. We organize against it.
