is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential immigration services through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to underserved immigrants in the United States, particularly in the greater Houston area. Our mission is to bridge the gap in legal representation for individuals and families who cannot afford the high cost of immigration attorneys. By offering
affordable, accessible support, we help immigrants navigate complex processes related to status changes, work permits, and other immigration benefits under the federal agencies of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and USCIS. The organization initially began its charitable efforts in Saint Paul-Minneapolis, MN, and Houston, TX, by raising funds to support education in Sierra Leone, West Africa—specifically by providing scholarships for students and financial incentives for high-performing teachers. While our roots remain in international aid, Murhero Foundation is now undergoing a strategic transition to focus more directly on domestic needs. We are currently in the process of securing recognition and accreditation from the DOJ’s Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) to authorize our representatives to provide legal immigration services. Through this next phase, we aim to expand our impact by offering trusted, culturally sensitive assistance to immigrants from diverse backgrounds who are striving for legal stability and a better future in the U.S.
