Special thank you to for helping us wrap up our Girl Boss program in style. Our girls had the best time painting beautiful wooden affirmations and speaking life over themselves through their words and creativity.

Yesterday was powerful. 💛

A huge THANK YOU to Kirsten Feast for pouring into our girls during an incredible mental health workshop as part of our I’m Me Foundation after-school program. She led such an honest and impactful conversation on healthy boundaries and equipped our girls with real, practical coping skills they can use in everyday life.

Tonight was such a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do at I’m Me Foundation. The girls had an amazing time at our Galentine’s Day dinner and etiquette session with . They learned proper dining etiquette, how to confidently socialize, and best of all, they got to choose their own meal. Chef DeeDee cooked exactly what they wanted …a warm, Thanksgiving-style spread that felt like comfort and joy on a plate 🥘🍽️

Huge shoutout to for coming through with the decor and setting the vibe for the evening. It was absolutely beautiful and made the night feel extra special!!

These girls had a blast, and our hearts are full. Can’t wait to see you all next week 💖

Our girls had the BEST time making candles with Love & Make, and yes… it was fun and STEM in action. Smelling and blending fragrances, measuring, pouring wax, and watching it all come together, they did it all. Science, creativity, and confidence all in one experience.

Huge thank you to for always bringing such a thoughtful, hands-on, and cool experience to our girls. We are so grateful for partners who make learning this fun 💛

Yesterday we kicked off our Boss Girls Mental Health Afterschool Program with 16 amazing girls, starting the year the right way…vision boards + goal setting.

We talked about what they want and dream about, yes but also who they want to be.
✨ Being a better daughter
✨ Being more helpful at home
✨ Being a kinder, more present friend
✨ And how they can do good in their community

Because success isn’t just about what you achieve… it’s about how you show up.

I’m already excited for next week as we get creative and grounded making candles with Make 🕯️

2025… what a year!

We watched girls find their voice, write their stories, build confidence, and learn how to care for their mental health.

This year we:
• Published 15 young authors
• Served 80 girls at summer camp
• Hosted programs across 4 Houston locations
• Received over $50K in funding + a $20K grant
• Gifted hygiene kits, laptops, Christmas toys, and support to girls who needed it most

Thank you to every partner, admin, donor, volunteer & student who made this year unforgettable.
We’re just getting started. 🫶🏽

Yesterday we had the amazing Kirsten Feast, licensed therapist from come pour into our girls and whew, she did NOT miss!

We talked about how social media impacts our brains, how to understand what we’re feeling, and real-life ways to handle big emotions in a healthy way. The girls were so engaged, honest, and open… exactly what this space is for.

So grateful for partners who help our girls grow stronger from the inside out. 🧠💗

They learned simple nutrition tips and fun at-home workouts they can start right away. So proud of them for showing up for their health! 🩷

You both helped them tap into their inner creativity through bold paintings and powerful poetry, showing that art is a healing space and a voice of expression. Our girls left feeling seen, capable, and creative. 🙌🏽

Big shoutout to for bringing so much energy and light to our students at O’Donnell Middle School last week! She got things popping…literally…with bubbles filling the room, plus powerful affirmations, mental health bingo, and more.

Our kids walked away encouraged, uplifted, and reminded of the importance of caring for their mental health. We’re so grateful for you, Jaquia!
