📢 People’s Choice Association Union Update: Thank you to everyone who attended the Klein ISD meeting. Your concerns and ideas were heard loud and clear. People’s Choice has already been working to address the issues affecting employees at Klein ISD, and we will continue pushing forward to make meaningful changes. Our presence at Klein will continue to grow, and employees will have a stronger voice moving forward. Momentum is building, and together we are working to make Klein ISD a better workplace for all employees. Stay engaged! There is more to come.

We are aware of recent misinformation being circulated regarding People’s Choice Association Union. For clarity, we want to address those claims directly.
People’s Choice Association Union is a lawful employee association operating in full compliance with Texas law. We represent members in grievance proceedings, receive authorized dues through district payroll systems, and continue to advocate for employee rights across multiple districts.

Our focus remains on representation, accountability, and protecting employees, not engaging in distractions.

People's Choice Association Union was founded in 2001 in the Houston Independent School District and later expanded to surrounding areas such as Fort Bend ISD, Pasadena ISD, Cy-Fair ISD, Klein ISD, Spring ISD, Aldine ISD,
Humble ISD, and Conroe ISD.

Justice Prevails!

In May 2025, Spring ISD UNLAWFULLY arrested our union president in an attempt to silence our movement. Today, we stand stronger than ever: the case has been dismissed, and all charges were dropped in the "interest of justice."

This is a reminder that no school district is above the law. People’s Choice Association Union will continue to fight for fairness, transparency, and the rights of every member.

They tried to break us but only made us stronger.
