Operation Pathways: Cleme Manor

Operation Pathways provides place-based programs, services, and case management for individuals and Operation Pathways, Inc.

Operation Pathways improves quality of life by equipping low- to moderate- income individuals with tools to become self-sufficient and break the cycle of poverty. We accomplish this by providing and coordinating placed-based programs and services for residents in affordable housing communities. We provide one-on-one service coordination and opportunity-driven programing focused on academic achieve

ment, health and wellness, and financial stability. Through our on-site resident services coordinators at our 19 housing-based community centers throughout the country, we impact the lives of over 3,400 low- to moderate-income individuals annually. is an affiliate of the NHP Foundation (NHPF). NHPF is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and preserving affordable multifamily rental housing for low- to moderate- income families and seniors. Operation Pathways offers the keys to turn this affordable housing into thriving and engaged communities and improve quality of life for residents.

Big moment for our community

We’re proud to announce that Cleme Manor has officially partnered with Houston Public Library to bring our very first on-site Cleme Book Mobile Express to the property!

This is more than just books—it’s access, opportunity, and connection. Our residents can now enjoy reading, learning, and exploring right where they live. From children discovering their first favorite story to adults expanding their knowledge, this initiative supports education, imagination, and community growth.

We’re so grateful for this partnership and can’t wait to see our community continue to thrive, one book at a time.

The residents are also able to use computers if needed during this time.

The program runs Monday through Friday until the end of May 2026 and is FREE for all Cleme Manor residents ages 0–18. 🙌 serving hot meals.

We’re excited to share that our amazing partner, Helping Hands, continues providing hot meals Monday through Friday for all cleme Manor residents through the end of the school year in June.

This is a wonderful opportunity to ensure our children are nourished, supported, and set up for success each day.

To participate, children must be registered with Ms. Jessica—stop by or reach out to get signed up!

As part of our America Saves celebration, we were proud to partner with Goodwill Industries to host an impactful workforce event for our residents!

This collaboration focused on empowering our community with the tools, resources, and confidence needed to take the next steps toward employment and financial stability. At Cleme , we believe that financial wellness and career growth go hand in hand—and partnerships like this allow us to continue building pathways to opportunity.
