Today is Grief Awareness Day.

Grief doesn’t follow a schedule, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone, whether you’re a child or an adult. Wherever you are in your journey, your grief is valid, and you do not have to grieve alone.

At Bo’s Place, we believe something simple but powerful: healing happens when grieving children and adults are given a safe place to share their stories, memories, and feelings with others who understand.

Today, and every day, we’re here for the community. Free of charge. For as long as it’s needed.

If you or someone you love is grieving, we’re here.

As we head into the new school year, many educators are thinking about how best to support students. While the transition back to school can be challenging for many children and teens, it can be especially difficult for those who are grieving. For some, this may be their first school year or season without their loved one.
