Troop 11 Houston Boy Scout Troop 11 in the Sam Houston Area Council, Houston, Texas USA The Troop holds the distinction of being the oldest Scouting organization in Houston.

We are a highly active, mid-sized, inner-Loop Boy Scout group chartered by the First Presbyterian Church in Houston’s Museum District. We’re boy-led, but also have plenty of support from a team of engaged adults. We've grown to be pretty big which gives us the equipment, leadership, systems, and other resources to do what we want to do. We work hard to make sure that nobody gets lost in the crowd.

We’ve produced many Eagle Scouts, but our real goal is to produce self-sufficient, well-rounded, and honorable adults.
