Looking for a fun, free family event that supports a great cause?

Come cheer on the HFD Hockey Team on Friday, July 11, as Houston firefighters take the ice against Houston Police in a charity hockey game at Memorial City Ice Rink.

The game will help raise awareness about efforts to preserve the ice rink, and donations made through the QR code in the graphic will support the HPFFA Charitable Foundation.

A Houston firefighter is in the fight of his life and needs our support.

Josh Elliott has been diagnosed with stage-3 bladder cancer.

Friends, family and fellow firefighters are hosting a fundraiser Friday, June 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Pearland High School South. The event will include food, a silent auction, a car show, vendors, a DJ and family fun.

Please come out, donate if you can and help us show Josh and his family the strength of the fire family.
