Cy-Fair Helping Hands offers hope to the homeless and hungry. Our Community Food Pantry is serving all zip codes in the CFISD zones on Mondays, Thursdays, and the 1st/3rd Saturdays of each month. Emergency shelter and casework provided to qualifying homeless families with children. Homeless prevention programs include vocational scholarships at Lonestar College. eless students in partnership with social workers and counselors in the school district, covering quick meals, snacks, other necessities, and extracurricular program costs. Outreach teams visit weekly with our friends living on the street, establishing relationships, and assessing needs. Other services include health checks, document assistance, county benefit application assistance, referrals/coordination into rehabs & shelters, showers, worship, fellowship, hot meals, and more. CFHH helps children in CFISD with backpacks and school supplies. Holiday programs include Thanksgiving Blessings Boxes and a Christmas event. We are funded solely by individual donations, local churches, and businesses.
