National Leather Association - Houston NLA—Houston is Leather/BDSM/Fetish community organization dedicated to service and education about the the community at large.

The National Leather Association- Houston was established for the leather/BDSM/Fetish community to have an organization dedicated to service. This service comes in various areas including education in order to dispel stereotypes, misconceptions, and media misrepresentation about the Leather/BDSM/Fetish family in the community at large. NLA-Houston does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race

, handicaps, or other minorities who have been traditionally discriminated against or poorly represented in the Leather/BDSM/Fetish community.

ATTENTION ATTENTION - We have decided to extend this year's Red Ribbon Toy Drive to December 14, 2025. You may still make your donations at the following locations: Ripcord, George Country Sports Bar, Varsity, Michael's Outpost, and Tony's Corner Pocket.

Last evening at our September Bar Night, we presented a $2500.00 check to Courtney from Montrose Grace Place.

We are thrilled to announce that NLA-Houston and three of our incredible members have been nominated for the 2025 Outsmart's Gayest & Greatest Awards! This is a fantastic honor and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our community.

There will be registration at The Ripcord, on Thursday, April 10, 2025 – 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm for Spring Iniquity and Houston Spirit of Leather. There will also be registration on Friday, April 11, 2025, at The Montrose Center, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm for Spring Iniquity and Houston Spirit of Leather. There will also be registration on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at The Montrose Center for Spring Iniquity from 8:00 am – TBD.

If attending any part of the weekend, where food is provided, during the registration process, whichever package you purchase, you will have a chance to list any dietary needs, (i.e. – Food allergies, nut allergies, or no alcohol)

This year we are offering the following packages:

Houston Spirit of Leather Awards Dinner & Spring Iniquity Full Weekend Package $80.00. This option is for attending The Houston Spirit of Leather 13 Awards Dinner and Spring Iniquity.

Houston Spirit of Leather Awards Dinner Only $50.00. This option only includes the Awards Dinner and nothing else. If you would like to be part of any other part of the weekend, please choose another choice available.

Houston Spirit of Leather Awards Dinner Only WHOLE TABLE FOR 7 - $300.00. This option only provides service for the Awards Dinner, and nothing else is included. If, as an individual, you would like to be part of another package, please make your choice.

Spring Iniquity ###IV Learn & Play - $45.00 - This purchase is only for Learn and Play. This package includes educational classes, lunch is provided, and the Play Party, with location TBD.

Voting will occur at Ripcord Saturday, February 22, 2025, from Noon - 5:00pm, Saturday, March 1, 2025, from Noon - 4:00pm.
