We had such a joyful weekend at FOCUS Houston! 🙌

Our moms gathered for a pizza party and diabetes prevention class sponsored by Gulfton Home Community, while the kids played, laughed, and filled the Center with plenty of joyful chaos. 🍕🧸

We’re so grateful to the GHC team for investing in the health and well-being of our moms, and to our FOCUS moms for showing up with such a strong commitment to learning and building healthier futures for their families.

We’re also incredibly thankful for our volunteers, whose time and generosity help make gatherings like this possible. Through moments of learning, connection, and fellowship, FOCUS Houston is a place where moms are supported, children are welcomed, and families can flourish.

We couldn’t do this without everyone who gives, serves, and partners with this ministry. Thanks be to God! ☦️💙

We love seeing the joy that fills FOCUS Houston each week! ❤

Volunteers spend time getting to know families and helping keep the Center organized. Little ones pick out shoes in The Nest Boutique, while moms laugh and play with their children as they pick up diapers and wipes. It doesn’t get much better than this!

One of our young moms recently reached out when she realized her daughter had outgrown her car seat. Thanks to a car seat grant, we were able to provide her with a new one within just a few days! 🙌

We’re so grateful for moms who prioritize the safety and well-being of their children, and we’re thankful to be a resource when a family needs a little extra support.

At FOCUS Houston, making Christ’s love visible often looks like meeting a very practical need—and sometimes, it comes in the form of a car seat for a very sweet little girl. She was loving waving goodbye before she and her mom headed home!
