Our organizational mission since 1993 has been dedicated to transforming the economically distressed community in NE Houston Harris County and surrounding area. Launch Point Community Development Center, Inc. (LPCDC) is a tax deductible, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization since 1993 providing information, education and resources to develop and advance the betterment of youth, adul

ts and communities. LPCDC is a community-based one stop center comprising of adult training, social services resources and youth development programs. The programs are structured to address the root cause of many socioeconomic problems. Launch Point’s mission is to bridge the gaps in services for those who are marginalized, overlooked and under-served in the Houston, Harris County areas.
