Meet Your 2026-2027 HAPL Leadership Team!

Next in our leadership series, we’re pleased to introduce HAPL Director, Colleen Bradley, CPL!

Colleen is a Senior Landman with Spur Energy Partners LLC and brings more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Colleen earned her degree in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University before beginning her career in Artesia, New Mexico. She now lives in Houston, where she manages a wide range of land matters supporting operations throughout the Permian Basin.

Our keynote speaker is Ken Waits, President and CEO of Mewbourne Oil Company. Meet Your 2026-2027 HAPL Leadership Team!

Next in our leadership series, we’re pleased to introduce HAPL Immediate Past President, Kyle Lesak, CPL!

Kyle serves as Vice President of Business Development for Percheron, LLC, a nationwide integrated land services provider. He joined the company, formerly known as OGM Land, in 2008.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked on and managed title, lease acquisition, due diligence, right-of-way, and curative projects across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. He now supports Percheron’s business development efforts nationwide.

Kyle previously served as an HAPL Director and has spent the past seven years on the Executive Committee. In addition to serving as HAPL President, he has chaired the Luncheon, Audit, and Newsletter Committees and remains active with the Service and Golf Committees.

Outside of HAPL, Kyle serves on the Board of Directors for WashFest, Inc., a charitable organization supporting local nonprofits and scholarships for pediatric cancer survivors. He is also a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Breeders Greeters Committee.

Kyle lives in Seabrook with his wife, Jennise, and their two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, watching his daughters play soccer, traveling, and cooking.
