Our team recently attended and sponsored both the National Governors Association meeting and the National Association of State Directors of Veterans Affairs (NASDVA) conference, joining leaders from across the country discussing the future of veteran services.

One theme came up repeatedly: supporting veterans requires stronger coordination across systems.

Our CEO Mike Hutchings connected with leaders including Maryland Governor Wes Moore, a fellow combat veteran. At NASDVA, we also shared insights from our 10-state needs assessment on service delivery and technology gaps.

The future of veteran services will depend on better coordination, better data, and stronger partnerships.
