MoMs USA The official page of MoMs USA, which is dedicated to the support of active and wounded U.S. Military. These are very popular and are in great demand.

MoMs USA is a 501 (c) Texas Non-Profit Organization representing a group of mothers and other family members and friends whose common bond is having or had family members serving in the U.S. MoMs works together to help provide encouragement, love, support and as much of "home" to our heroes as we are able through the raising of funds. We accomplish this mission in many ways, but to name a few:

We

volunteer time and effort to assemble and mail care packages throughout the year to all branches of the U.S. Example items such as dried foods/drinks, insoles for boots, bug lotion, sun block, eye drops, socks, books, puzzles, etc. And yes, we even send cookies & things that remind them of home. Average cost of filling and shipping (1) 12x12 box approximately $50/$60. We purchase raw materials and volunteer to sew neck coolers which help in the heat, and neck warmers for use in the winter. We purchase Psalm 91 Bandanas (prayer of protection) that our troops wear under their helmets during engagements. Thousands are being requested now. We send birthday cards, write letters and cards to those who have no contacts or family members corresponding with them. We also solicit the schools and other groups to write notes/letters or drawings to ship with our care packages. We Welcome 200 Wounded Warriors as they fly in to Bush Intercontiental for a Warriors Weekend in Port O'Connor every May! A precious box filled with love and much needed items from home is reaching out and touching those who so bravely serve America. A letter to someone who otherwise would receive no mail reminds them that someone cares. A wounded soldier is warmed by a package that proves they have not been forgotten. MoMs reach out as much as we are able, within the limits of our funds. Yet, the need is great and we want to do so much more. We are organizing events throughout the greater Houston and surrounding areas to help raise money for this cause. Won't you please consider helping send a bit of home to someone serving in the U.S. Military?
