How long have you been in education, and what roles have you held?
For more than 20 years, Kimberly has served in a variety of roles including SLPA, classroom teacher, art teacher, campus administrator, and now Coordinator of Instructional Materials.

What advice would you give someone new to this role?
Build strong relationships, communicate often, and develop a solid understanding of state requirements and timelines.

What has been your biggest challenge?
Balancing compliance requirements with the immediate needs of campuses while supporting broader district initiatives.

What skill would you like to learn next?
Kimberly hopes to expand her skills in data analytics and visualization to better support decision-making and demonstrate the impact of instructional materials on student outcomes.
