📚 IMCAT Member Spotlight: Melinda Engelmor | Ganado ISD

With 16 years in education, Melinda has worn a lot of hats, from teaching English, theater, and speech to serving in the library and taking on roles across UIL, instructional materials, speech and debate, OAP, and district media.

Her advice for anyone new to the job? “JUST BREATHE!” Take small bites, check off one box at a time, and lean on the community around you.

And when Melinda isn’t juggling all of that, there’s one more skill on the wish list: improving that golf swing! ⛳

Thank you, Melinda, for sharing your experience with the IMCAT community!
