Essential Functions:
• Support providers to ensure all Neighborhood Schools satellite campuses are prepared to be fully
enrolled at the beginning of each school year
• Respond to and complete agency and provider requests in a timely manner
• Support and track enrollment processes for PreK Satellite Partners
• Communicate with District and Charter partners to ensure all PreK partners are in compliance
• Facilitate informational meetings for providers and partners, at least monthly: agendas, meeting invites,
guest speakers, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with team, students, guests, and partners
• Frequently update records trackers for processes and enrollment status of various programs
• Proactively, and promptly help providers in our diverse communities manage PreK Partnership
requirements
• Represent Neighborhood Schools at various community events and conferences to recruit and enroll
new providers
• Build reliable expertise in the requirements of three key agencies: Texas Workforce Commission, Texas
Education Agency, DFPS: Child Care Licensing Unit.
Qualifications:
• BA Degree and/or early childhood teaching experience preferred but not required
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Experience working in various team dynamics highly desired
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays on occasion
• Excellent communication skills in-person and in writing
• Ability to quickly build relationships with childcare providers and staff
• Experience working in childcare or Workforce preferred
• Must be able to apply common sense and be proactive to carry out processes and plans
• Requires frequent public contact and excellent interpersonal skills
