Success takes more than a plan. It takes the perseverance to keep going.

Graciela Saenz, 2007 Women on the Move Awardee, shares five principles she has carried with her and passed along to young people seeking their own path to success:

"You plan. You prepare. You persevere. You pray. And you play."

Together, her Five Ps speak to the importance of approaching life and leadership as a whole. But among them, Graciela points to perseverance as essential.
