Things are getting SPOOKY on the soccer field! 👻⚽

Join 9th Wonder and for our Spooky Soccer Clinic, an afternoon created for youth with autism and special needs to get moving, build skills, and have some Halloween fun on the field.

And yes, costumes are encouraged, so come ready to play in your best Halloween look!

Today was such a special one. Seeing our participants get their hair done, pick out their nail colors, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy being pampered made Lift My Spirits: Hair & Nails Edition everything we hoped it would be.

A huge thank you to Hairnovation Salon and all of the wonderful stylists who gave their time and talent to our participants today. Thank you to every volunteer who helped bring today to life. We truly appreciate each of you.

And to our participants and families, thank you for showing up and allowing us to create these moments with you. We hope you left feeling just as amazing as you looked! 💅💇🏻‍♀️🎀

A little fall creativity is taking root at 9th Wonder! 🍂

Join us October 10 for our Pottery Plant Class, created especially for children with special needs. Participants will create their own fall plant arrangement inside a pumpkin to take home and enjoy.

Crème de Fleur will be leading the class and guiding our participants as they create their fall arrangements, hosted at Pearland Parks and Recreation.

Some people leave their mark through what they accomplish. Others leave it in the lives they change.

September 17 is officially recognized by the City of Houston as Remi Yusuf Day. While the proclamation bears his name, the true meaning of this day can be seen in every child who has been made to feel included, every family reminded that they are not alone, and every opportunity created through his commitment to serving others.

Legacy is not only what you leave behind. It is what you build into people while you are here.
