The Board of Directors is currently engaged in a group alignment initiative on changes to the volunteer structure that will focus on: New volunteer opportunities, more consistent volunteer experiences, and higher connection with strategic planning. There’s several ways to learn more including upcoming webinars, a Blog post, and a website with all current information. This is Day One of this initiative and we’re looking forward to working with all of the SWE membership on unrolling this over the course of the next year and integrating member feedback along the way!
