To all of you who have generously donated to support our first-ever Young Women's Conference through Lyfe SELS, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. 🙏💖 Thanks to your kindness, we’ve been able to purchase:
✨ 30 custom shirts and 30 feminine-themed bags.
✨ Folders and stickers to add a personal touch.
✨ Supplies generously donated by Planned Parenthood.

This conference is a passion project designed to empower girls aged 14–18, teaching them about their bodies, deal-breakers, consent, healthy relationships, and fostering open, meaningful conversations. It’s all about *Bridging the Gap*—giving teens and adults a space to discuss topics that are often avoided. 💬💡

Here’s where we stand:
We’ve raised $550 so far—what an incredible start! With just $200 more, we can complete our vision. We still need:
🍕 24 boxes of Little Caesars pizza (~$124).
🧃 Snacks like peanut butter crackers, cheese crackers, waters, Capri Suns (~$25–$50).
🍽️ Plates, napkins, and utensils (~$15).

We’re Over Halfway to Our Goal!

From Three Brave Hearts to a Movement: Ciera's Story of LYFE SELS

Five years ago, Ciera Humphrey, an educator with a burning passion, saw a gap. Teen girls often lacked access to comprehensive, judgement-free s*x education. This vital knowledge, shrouded in taboo, left them vulnerable and unsure.
Ciera, now pursuing a PhD in Clinical S*xology, knew she had to act. Armed with her own experience and a curriculum she was building, she took a leap of faith.

Starting Small, Dreaming Big:

It wasn't easy. The first LYFE SELS cohort had just three girls. But those three brave souls sparked a fire. Ciera nurtured their trust, creating a safe space for open discussion about bodies, boundaries, self-love, and life skills like cooking and finance. S*x education, often a whispered topic, became a tool for empowerment.
The girls learned about consent, their right to say no, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries. They explored their identities and discovered the power of their voices. Mistakes became opportunities for growth, and a spirit of uplifting each other blossomed.

Growing Together:

Word spread. More girls, hungry for knowledge and support, joined LYFE SELS. Now, four cohorts strong with 34 girls empowered, Ciera's vision is taking flight.

The Need Now:

Ciera dreams of reaching more high schools and underserved communities. Imagine a mobile lounge – a haven for these girls, a space that feels like home. Imagine field trips broadening their horizons, scholarships removing financial barriers, and graduation gifts celebrating their achievements.

365 days of Lyfe 🤗. I put so much sweat & tears (no blood besides our monthly 😆 )in this program. It is truly my happy place. It started off with 3 girls turning in their permission slips to 8 girls being my first inducted cohort then to 34 girls less than a year later. I'm thankful to the Queens and their parents for trusting me. Thankful for the Lord using me!!.

We have done so much from breast cancer 🎀 awareness, candy 🍬 grams, pics with Santa, Sweeties day (roses for your sweetie shoot your shot), Valentines day, and a fashion show!!!

These ladies cooked with chef Kyles 👩🏾‍🍳 talked Finances with💰Nikki and went through relationships, female anatomy, consent & setting boundaries, the real birds and bee (not tryna get banned from insta 🙄), love on the brain, and more
