The trail to an amazing school year starts now! 🔥

Our PTO Board met for the first time last night to begin planning for the upcoming school year, and we're excited about all that's ahead. From supporting our students and staff to planning fun family events and fundraising, we're already hard at work blazing a trail for success!

We can't wait to share more details in the coming weeks. Be sure to mark your calendars for our first PTO meeting on Thursday, September 17 at 5:45 PM. We hope you'll join us as we work together to make this the best year yet for our school community.

🫶🏽As we wrap up the last day of school, I also close out my final year serving as PTO President.

What an incredible journey this has been.
To our teachers, staff, families, volunteers, and students: thank you for your support, encouragement, and willingness to jump in and help make this year so special. From events and fundraisers to celebrations and everyday moments, none of it would have been possible without this amazing community.

Serving this school and our students has truly been an honor. I am so proud of everything our PTO has accomplished together, and I know the future is bright for our school.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of so many memories. Wishing everyone a fun, safe, and well-deserved summer! 🧡💜

☀️🍧 What a fun way to celebrate the end of the school year! Today, PTO treated our students to snow cones for Water Day as a little end-of-year surprise and celebration. Seeing all the smiles, laughter, and colorful tongues made it such a sweet day!

A huge THANK YOU to all of the amazing volunteers who signed up to help make this happen. We truly couldn’t do these special events without your time, support, and willingness to jump in and help. Our students and staff appreciate you more than you know! 🧡💜🧡💜

We are looking for volunteers to help (wo)man the snow cone machine this Thursday for Water Day! One-hour increments would be amazing, and any help is greatly appreciated. 😊

Volunteer Time Slots:
💦 4th Grade – 8:00 AM
💦 3rd Grade – 9:00 AM
💦 2nd Grade – 10:00 AM
💦 Kinder – 11:00 AM
💦 1st Grade – 12:00 PM
💦 PK – 1:00 PM

*If interested, be sure to sign up for a shift before or after your student(s) participate in Water Day so you can watch and enjoy seeing them have fun!

We want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible volunteers, families, and community supporters who helped make Staff Appreciation Week so special for our amazing staff. 💜🧡💜

Whether you donated items, prepared food and treats, helped organize events, or simply gave your time and energy, your generosity and kindness did not go unnoticed. Because of you, our staff felt celebrated, appreciated, and loved all week long!

As we wrap up Staff Appreciation Week, we want to say THANK YOU to all of our incredible staff for everything you do each and every day for our students and school community! We truly hope every staff member felt the love, gratitude, and appreciation all week long. 💜

Today, we ended the week by providing the staff with a special “book” filled with treats and wrapped things up with a fun raffle! 📚🎉

A huge thank you as well to everyone who donated, volunteered, supported, and helped make this week possible. Our school community is amazing! 💜🧡

🫶🏽Day 4 of Staff Appreciation Week was a sweet success! ☀️🍦

Today, we surprised our amazing staff with delicious paletas to help them cool off and enjoy a little afternoon treat generously donated by ELOTES LOCOS & PALETAS SNACK BAR. Staff also received special “fan mail” in their mailboxes from students filled with sweet memories, kind notes, and words of appreciation. 💌

We appreciate our staff more than words can say! 💜🧡

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to PTO Today & The Week Junior for providing our 4th grade teachers with copies for our students. Thank you for supporting our classrooms and helping encourage learning and curiosity! 📚✨

Today we brought the movie theater to our amazing staff with a fun afternoon treat! 🍫🥤 From popcorn to Coke and classic movie theater candy, we hope everyone enjoyed a little “reel” break in their day.

🗣️Day 2 of Staff Appreciation Week was a fiesta! 🌮🎉

With it being Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday, it only felt right to treat our amazing staff to tacos. The PTO proudly provided the meat, and a huge thank you to the Mendez family for preparing such a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy.

We are so grateful for the time, generosity, and support that make days like this possible. Our staff felt the love today! 🧡💜🧡💜

🗣️Day 1 of Staff Appreciation Week was a *sweet* success! 🧇🥞

We kicked things off with pancakes & waffles and all the fixings to celebrate our amazing staff. It was a busy morning behind the griddle, so busy that we completely forgot to take pictures (we’ll take that as a good sign that everyone was enjoying themselves! 😊).

💐 A huge thank you to everyone who donated items and volunteered their time, helped make today possible. Your generosity and support mean so much and helped us start the week off right!
