When October closes, communities around the world observe Día de los Mu***os and All Saints Day — two traditions shaped by different cultures, yet united in their invitation to remember, honor, and stay connected to those who have passed.
Both remind us that remembrance is communal, creative, and deeply human.

In the years since the pandemic, romance novels have spiked in popularity and continued to thrive across generations. From BookTok to local book clubs, readers have gravitated more and more towards love stories, and Katherine Center has a theory why.

More than fulfilling the need for connection and levity, she believes love stories are more important than ever because "love is a form of hope."
