🏠 LIVE-IN HOUSE COORDINATOR POSITION — FEMALE
We are seeking a responsible, dependable female to serve as a Live-In House Coordinator at our sober living residence.
📍 Location: MLK Blvd & 610 area — Houston, TX
This is an unpaid live-in position with responsibilities focused on helping maintain a structured, safe, clean, and supportive recovery environment.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of continuous recovery
✔️ Currently working with a sponsor
✔️ Strong commitment to maintaining personal recovery
✔️ Responsible, dependable, and organized
✔️ Able to maintain appropriate boundaries
✔️ Comfortable supporting a structured sober living environment
✔️ Able to live on-site and help provide consistent household structure
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating household chores and schedules
• Helping facilitate house meetings and activities
• Supporting residents with day-to-day house concerns
• Communicating concerns to the House Manager
• Helping maintain house structure, cleanliness, and organization
• Completing basic documentation and administrative tasks
• Following established house policies and escalation procedures
💰 Compensation: This is an unpaid live-in position. Special/reduced rent rates may be available for the person selected for the position. Message us privately for details about the housing arrangement and special rent rate.
