Nehemiah Homeless Project Serving homeless Houstonians through monthly care packages, relationship, and the story of the Gospel

The Nehemiah Homeless Project is a nonprofit organization that pursues renewal for the Houston homeless population through service, relationship, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In our monthly Outreach Events, we hope to embody Matthew 7:12 by quite literally "[doing] unto others as [we] would have done to [us]". On the 2nd Sunday of each month, we devote the afternoon to serve our homeles

s neighbors instead of ourselves by giving out care packages, building relationships with those we meet, and if they are open to it, sharing what we know as the "bread of life", Jesus Christ (John 6:35).
