A Parent’s Love Never Ends

They say time heals,
but they never tell you
that a parent’s heart keeps counting the moments
their child should have been here.

We carry birthdays that never came,
dreams left unfinished,
and memories that became our greatest treasures.

We smile through tears,
speak your name with pride,
and love you with a love
that death could never silence.

To the world,
you may be gone.
But to me,
you are in every sunrise,
every gentle breeze,
every quiet prayer,
and every beat of my heart.

This July, we honor every mother and father
who wakes each day
choosing courage over despair,
hope over hopelessness,
and love over loss.

Because grieving a child
is not something we “get over.”
It is love that continues
without the chance to hold them.

Our children may no longer walk beside us,
but they will forever walk within us.

Always loved.
Always remembered.
Forever our children.

They fought with courage far beyond their years,
Facing each day with strength, hope, and love.
Though their battle ended here on Earth,
Their light shines forever in Heaven above.

They may have earned their wings,
But they will never be forgotten.
Forever our little heroes.
Forever our angels.

One day, there will be a child who smiles because someone they never met cared enough to help.

One day, there will be a parent who finally feels seen after believing they were grieving alone.

One day, there will be a sibling who realizes their feelings matter too.

One day, there will be another family beginning the hardest journey of their lives…

And when that day comes, Aniyah’s Foundation of Hope will be there.

Not because we have to.

Because we remember what it feels like when no one understands.

This isn’t just a nonprofit.

It’s a promise.

A promise that Aniyah’s name will continue changing lives.

Through love, grief, courage, and hope, I created two special books in honor of my daughter, Aniyah.

“She Matters: The Life of Aniyah” is a heartfelt story that shares Aniyah’s journey, her strength, and the impact she continues to have on so many lives.

“Brave Like Aniyah” is a coloring book designed to inspire courage, creativity, and hope while helping children and families navigate difficult journeys through fun and meaningful activities.

These books were created not only to honor Aniyah’s memory but also to raise awareness for childhood cancer and remind families that they are never alone.

Every page tells a story.
Every color brings hope.
Every child matters.

Thank you for supporting our mission through Aniyah’s Foundation of Hope and helping us continue spreading love, awareness, and encouragement to families affected by childhood cancer. 💛🎗️
