This is a family gathering/pool party but we are asking all parents to keep a watch on your child/ children. Also, let’s respect our elders with our pool attire.
If you have libations - All liquor is BYOB & will need to be in a plastic container. Please feel free to bring your lawn chairs, tables, ice chest or any other picnic items you may need to enjoy the day.

Welcome to the Black - Hicks Family Gathering Page. We are joining 2 families that have a long family history with one another that started in Arkansas.

This year a family tragedy brought us together then the seed was planted that we needed to see each other than at funerals.

So a group from each side of the Blacks/Hicks family congregated and the Family & Friends Gathering was established.

This Gathering will take place July 1st 2023 in Houston,Tx. We are still in the planning stage but we will have more updates soon.
