New chesed opportunity: Lev Echad in conjunction with Shop and Share are looking for more volunteers to help out with this wonderful mitzvah called Shop and Share. Several familes in the community who are struggling financially post their shopping lists ( familes are approved by local Rabbis.) You as a chesed volunteer then have the opportunity to purchase as many items on the list as you feel comfortable with. It's an easy way to help others in our community simply by adding a few items to your regular shopping list. Items are purchased once a month, dropped off at one house and distributed anonymously.

and you will be given a login name and password. Everything is done anonymously which makes it very special. We need some more shoppers to make each months lists happen.

You can even send items directly through Walmart Heb or Amazon directly to Penina.
