Dr. Monioluwa “Moni” Otubaga, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor care, and the founder of Ti Ara Luxury Body Care. After years of pouring into her patients and rarely being poured into, she began handcrafting nourishing body butters and oils for herself, and Ti Ara was born. Ti Ara, meaning “of the body” in Yoruba, is a small-batch Houston brand created with melanated skin in mind and rooted in the belief that self-care should be a ritual, not a routine.
