This morning was nothing short of powerful!

Our scholars had the opportunity to enjoy a private breakfast with State Representative State Representative Venton Jones and Congressional Candidate Robert Slater.

Over plates of breakfast, they were able to ask questions, listen, and gain valuable insight on leadership, civic engagement, and how to change the narrative by using their definitive voice.

Our WYF Scholars had an unforgettable day at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, where history, resilience, and inspiration came alive.

A Year of Reshaping and Strategic Investments

This week in Washington, D.C., we had the honor of meeting District Attorney Chris Menefee during the Annual Legislative Conference – Congressional Black Caucus.

Our World Youth Foundation scholars are actively engaging in public policy and civic engagement, continuing our commitment to raise the next generation of leaders. Through collaborations with Youth In Action and the ALC, we’re ensuring our students gain firsthand experience with local, state, and federal government leaders.

These activities don’t just inspire they equip our youth to lead. At WYF, we remain laser-focused on securing the resources, opportunities, and exposure needed to prepare them for the future of our nation.
