✨ Presidential Reflection ✨

As my term as President comes to a close, I can’t help but pause and reflect on this incredible journey. Leading the Women’s Council of Realtors Great Northwest has been one of the most humbling, challenging, and rewarding experiences of my career.

This year tested my strength, expanded my leadership, and deepened my purpose. We hosted unforgettable events that connected hearts and built bridges. We raised funds that will continue to empower, educate, and elevate. And together, we grew our membership in both numbers and spirit — proving that when women show up for each other, we all rise higher.

I’m grateful for every conversation, collaboration, and challenge that pushed me to grow — not just as a leader, but as a woman determined to make a lasting impact. To my board, my members, and every partner who believed in our vision — thank you for walking beside me, supporting the mission, and trusting my leadership.

This chapter has taught me that true leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about service, resilience, and showing up even when it’s hard.
