The same happened to Houston, Texas "Rapid Transit Bus Lines" by way of the 1965 Department of Transportation Act followed by the "Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a 1970 U.S. federal law that targets organized crime by criminalizing a "pattern of racketeering activity" within an "enterprise". Due to the Constitutional violations of that agreement is why the State etc., are in a financial downfall with the exception of Greg Abbott being funded illegally, exposed by Rep. Jasmine Crockett 67% of the rainy day fund comes from outside of Texas. Reporting to agencies from 2004 about breaches of U.S. and this State's Constitutional funding protocols, all corporations within the State and beyond are complicit in violating (R.I.C.O.) Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Organizations of 1970.
