Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (or ECMO): a type of life support when the heart 🫀 and lungs 🫁 are not working well enough to provide oxygen for the body on their own.

Mental health professionals may recommend mindfulness or meditation as therapeutic strategies. However, did you know that sometimes "trauma-informed mindfulness" is recommended in cases where a traumatic experience is involved?
