We absolutely love seeing initiatives like this.

Through his partnership with Make Good NOLA, Master P helped provide custom wheelchairs for children with disabilities, chairs designed to be comfortable, functional, colorful, and as unique as the children who use them.

Mobility isn’t just about getting from one place to another. It’s about freedom, confidence, independence, and allowing every child to express who they are.

At Jerryn’s Journey, we celebrate organizations and individuals who are helping create a world where children with disabilities are seen, valued, and empowered.

Every child deserves the opportunity to move through life with dignity, pride, and joy. 💙♿

“Ways to Support a Caregiver Parent”

💙 Check In Regularly
A simple text saying, “How are YOU doing?” can mean everything.

🍽️ Send a Meal or Gift Card
Cooking is often the last thing on a caregiver’s mind after appointments and therapies.

🚗 Help With Transportation
Offer a ride to appointments or help with school and therapy pickups.

🛒 Run an Errand
Pick up groceries, prescriptions, or household necessities.

👂 Listen Without Trying to Fix
Sometimes caregivers need a safe place to vent, cry, or celebrate small victories.

🧸 Spend Time With Their Child
Offer inclusive play, read a book, watch a movie, or simply be present.

📅 Help With Siblings
Take siblings out for ice cream, a playdate, or a fun activity so they feel supported too.

🧹 Help Around the House
Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, or yard work can relieve a huge burden.

💚 Advocate & Learn
Take time to learn about their child’s diagnosis and help spread awareness.

Today, we celebrate the dads, grandfathers, bonus dads, uncles, caregivers, and father figures who show up with love, patience, strength, and sacrifice.

To the fathers of children with disabilities and medical complexities, thank you.

Thank you for the therapy appointments, the late-night worries, the hospital visits, the advocacy, the laughter, the encouragement, and the unconditional love.

Thank you for learning things you never expected to learn and carrying responsibilities you never imagined having.

Your presence matters.
