Sisters, this week, remember that you don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

Sometimes progress looks like a big step, and sometimes it’s simply choosing to keep going, keep believing, and keep showing up with purpose.

Walk into this week with faith in your heart, grace for yourself, and confidence in what God has placed within you. Your light is needed, your service matters, and your presence can make a difference. 💜

This week, we are inspired by the words of our Grand Associate Matron Tippi Sellers. We pray this message encourages you throughout the week ahead.

“I’ve learned that leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room it’s about being willing to carry the light, even when the road gets dark. Every season won’t be easy. Every decision won’t be understood. And everyone may not agree with the direction God has given you. But when God places you in a position to lead, your responsibility is to remain faithful to the assignment. I want my leadership to reflect love, integrity, humility, strength, and service. I want people to see that you can lead without tearing others down, correct without disrespecting, serve without seeking recognition, and shine without dimming someone else’s light.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

‘I don’t have to dim someone else’s light for mine to shine. My assignment is to keep my light burning, lead with love, and trust God to guide the way.’

I’m still growing.
I’m still learning.
I’m still becoming.

But through every season, I’m choosing to LEAD WITH LIGHT.
