Ride with Refugees

Please register by Oct 29 for this community-oriented slow-paced bike ride! This year we are including a practice ride for beginners who are relatively new to biking on the street. We'll be meeting at Baker-Ripley Gulfton Sharpstown at 10 am on Sunday, Oct 25. This practice is open only to those who have registered for the Oct 31 event, so be sure to register!

Ride with Refugees starts and stops at the BakerRipley Gulfton Sharpstown Campus. We invite non-riders to enjoy the playground and kid-friendly Activity Fair sponsored by nonprofits that serve refugees. We will provide refreshments as well.

This year, the Amaanah Lions will be offering a soccer clinic for kids and youth at Ride with Refugees! This takes place during the ride, so it's perfect for younger kids who aren't participating in the ride. (You must be at least 12 years old to ride.) No registration is required for the soccer clinic; do register to ride! www.ridewithrefugees.org
