NWCCA was co-founded by Chris A Bell and Jasmine Bell in 2011. NWCCA has participated in community, park, and beach cleanup efforts. NWCCA also responded to the fertilizer explosion in West, TX. NWCCA visited Kerrville TX to assess the recovery response.

I co-founded NWCCA with our daughter in 2011. Over the years we have assisted in community cleanup, beach cleanup and responded to the fertilizer explosion in West, TX. Today I went to Kerrville to assess the damage and recovery.
