No one should have to walk the organ transplant journey alone. The Buddy Program through the Pre to Post Transplant Foundation connects transplant recipients, caregivers, living donors, and donor families with trained volunteers who truly understand the highs, lows, fears, and victories that come with this journey. Buddies provide encouragement, guidance, and real-life support from someone who has been there before. If you’ve experienced the transplant journey, consider becoming a buddy and helping someone feel seen, supported, and understood. And if you are currently waiting, recovering, caregiving, or grieving, never hesitate to reach out for a buddy. Sometimes the best support comes from someone who simply “gets it.” 💙💚

The Cleaning Program from Pre to Post Transplant Foundation is making a powerful difference in the organ transplant community by helping recipients return home to a professionally cleaned and sanitized environment after surgery. Because transplant patients have weakened immune systems, a clean home can play a critical role in recovery and peace of mind. Through this compassionate program, the foundation is easing stress for patients and caregivers while giving transplant recipients a safer, healthier start to their new chapter of life. 💙💚
