Yesterday, board member & donor Mom, Monica Emerson, was able to spread awareness about organ donation & all of our programs here at Pre to Post Transplant Foundation at the 5th annual Children's Transplant Initiative Links "Fore" Life Charity Golf Classic event.

While the location may be changing, the heart of our event remains the same! We’ll still have fun, educational and informative sessions, inspiring stories, opportunities to connect, and plenty of time to meet new people within the organ transplant community. 🫶
