🌴 Palm Beach Soirée – Friday Night Timeline 🌴

Parents… go ahead and get that sitter double confirmed. Here’s a look at the timeline and what to expect Friday night so you can plan ahead and enjoy the evening.

6:00 PM – Doors Open
The night begins! Check in, grab a drink, and start mingling. Beer and wine are included, and we’ll also have specialty cocktails available for purchase. Take photos, visit the cigar bar, and browse the silent auction.

6:00 – 7:30 PM – Cocktail Hour / Teacher Hour
Mix and mingle with fellow WCE parents and teachers while bidding on auction items and soaking up the Palm Beach vibes.

7:00 PM – Dinner Buffet Opens
The buffet opens as everyone settles in for the evening.

7:45 / 8:00 PM – Program Begins
Welcome
Heads or Tails Game

Paddles Up
Paddles Drop
Raffle Drawing

After the Program – Party Time
The dance floor opens with live music from The Royal Dukes. Expect dancing, drinks, photos, and plenty of laughs.

Bidding has begun, and we have over 80 amazing items up for grabs — from unique experiences and travel packages to jewelry, dining, and more. Even if you can’t attend the gala, you can still join the fun and support Willow Creek Elementary.
