At CoLive Haven, we have 10 house rules that every resident signs and agrees to follow before moving in. 🏡

Here’s how our enforcement process works:
⚠️ First violation: Verbal warning.
📝 Second violation: Written warning.
🚪 Continued violations: Removal from the home in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Let’s be clear: Paying your rent is your responsibility, but following the house rules is too! You cannot disrespect the home, disregard the rules, and expect to stay just because your rent is paid.
