To everyone who attended: thank you for joining us and bringing such wonderful energy to the event. It was a joy to see the community come together.
To our incredible volunteers: we couldn't have done this without you. Thank you for your tireless hard work and for giving so much of your time to make this a success.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our BIRTH Fair Leadership Team. We are so grateful for the time and energy you dedicated to ensuring our community has access to these vital resources and support.

You deserve answers, not guesswork.

An internal exam is NEVER a mandatory part of our care. That being said, all of our therapists are trained to assess and educate surrounding the internal exam for all of our patients.

What information does the internal exam give us?
Coordination patterns, strength, ability to access full range of motion of the pelvic floor. And one of the most important parts? How that looks FUNCTIONALLY-not just laying on your back on an exam table.

Onward Physical Therapy is a pelvic floor practice that focuses not only on the pelvic floor-but on bridging it into function and building your capacity, because taking care of little ones requires strength and capacity.
