Today was a true full-circle moment! I returned to my alma mater, University of Pennsylvania University of Pennsylvania, where I birthed Lovescaping 11 years ago. 💛 I had the opportunity to share my work with the current students in my program at the Penn GSE IEDP@PennGSE and to reconnect with its amazing director, Dr. Ameena Ghaffar-Kucher. We had an enlightening and thought-provoking conversation about Lovescaping.
My heart is so full of gratitude.

Tuve la oportunidad de compartir mi trabajo con los estudiantes actuales de mi programa en la Escuela de Posgrado en Educación y de reencontrarme con su maravillosa directora, la Dra. Ameena Ghaffar-Kucher. Tuvimos una conversación enriquecedora que nos invitó a reflexionar sobre Lovescaping.

Some of my favorite moments happen in a circle. 💛

Loved our Lovescaping circle with the 4th graders at RYSS Texas Public Schools Primary at Broadway! We talked about our feelings and practiced ways to calm our bodies and minds when big emotions show up. So much honesty and heart. 🌱

Still basking in the wonderful energy from Monday’s keynote at the Children's Museum Houston staff conference, “Rooted and Rising” 🌱
What a gift to spend the morning with a team who shows up every day to help children learn, grow, and feel loved. We talked about the 15 Pillars of Love in Action and the question that drives everything I do: where do we learn to love? Rooms like that one are where the answer starts.
Grateful for the invitation, the open hearts, and the reminder that when the people who care for our children are rooted, everything they build for them can rise. 💛

So honored to have been the keynote speaker at Children's Museum Houston Rooted & Rising 2026 Staff Conference this morning. 🌳
I introduced Lovescaping and took the room deep into two of the 15 pillars — and Empathy — through reflection, real conversation, and a group that showed up fully.
You don’t get the rising without the rooting.
Go root. Then rise. 🌱

Aún agradecida de haber tenido la oportunidad de compartir en 🌎💛

Mi gran misión es que Lovescaping —el amor en acción— sea una materia en las escuelas, para que todos los niños aprendan a amarse a sí mismos y a amar a los demás. Tenemos un currículo que cubre el año escolar completo, donde los niños aprenden cada uno de los pilares.
Los cambios han sido transformadores: niños que aprenden a quererse, a mejorar la relación con sus padres, a poner límites, a autovalorarse y a ser más autocompasivos. Para mí, esta es la tarea más importante que tenemos como humanidad: aprender a amar para construir un mundo más justo, más pacífico y más amoroso.

Still grateful for the chance to share on 🌎💛

My greatest mission is for Lovescaping —love in action— to become a subject in schools, so every child learns to love themselves and to love others. We have a curriculum spanning the entire school year, where children learn each of the pillars.
The changes have been transformative: children learning to value themselves, to strengthen the relationship with their parents, to set boundaries, and to be more self-compassionate. To me, this is the most important work we have as humanity: learning to love in order to build a more just, peaceful, and loving world.

El jueves pasado viví algo muy especial. 🌟 Me senté con y en la casa más feliz de la televisión hispana, y desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir bienvenida, apoyada y rodeada de personas que abrieron el corazón a Lovescaping.

Hablamos de mis libros, los 15 pilares y cómo criar a nuestros hijos con amor. Porque los niños de hoy son los constructores de la humanidad del mañana.🌍💛

Last Thursday I lived something very special. 🌟 I sat down with and at the happiest house in Hispanic television, and from the very first moment they made me feel welcomed, supported, and surrounded by people who opened their hearts to Lovescaping.

We talked about my books, the 15 pillars, and how to raise our children with love. Because the children of today are the builders of humanity’s tomorrow. 🌍💛
