With less than two weeks to our 5th Annual Emmanuel Ellerbee Youth Football Camp we take a lock back to last year’s camp that was filled with energy, competition, learning, and unforgettable moments!

From agility drills and route-running sessions to game winning catches and valuable lessons from mentors, these young athletes showed up ready to work. More importantly, they showed what can happen when preparation meets opportunity.

At Bee’s Believers, our mission goes beyond football. We use athletics, mentorship, and STE(A)M to help young people build confidence, and develop the leadership skills needed to succeed in every area of life.

As we prepare for our 5th Annual Youth Football Camp, we’re excited to create even more opportunities for the next generation to learn, grow, and be inspired.

More than just a football camp! More than just a Saturday!

The Bee’s Believers Foundation exists to create opportunities for students in underrepresented communities through athletics, mentorship, and STE(A)M exposure that helps them discover what’s possible for their future.

Our 5th Annual Youth Football Camp builds confidence, leadership, and teamwork on and off the field. Young athletes will learn from experienced mentors such as former NFL players, sharpen their skills, and compete in an environment focused on growth, encouragement, and excellence.

Because when young people are surrounded by the right support, they begin to see bigger goals for themselves.

Bee’s Believers is proud to host its 5th Annual Youth Football Camp on Friday, June 27th, at Rice University’s historic Rice Stadium. In this one-day football camp, campers will train like the pros with hands-on instruction from college and NFL players, sharpen their skills through dynamic drills and teamwork challenges, and gain life lessons centered around leadership, discipline, and perseverance.

For the second consecutive year, this year’s camp will feature our special “Houston NFL Vets and Legends” experience, celebrating Houston-bred NFL veterans and alumni not only for their accomplishments on the field, but also for the impact they continue to make in business, entrepreneurship, and the community off the field. Campers and families will also have the opportunity to explore a business fair highlighting the careers and businesses these former players have transitioned into after football.

Our mission is to inspire young athletes to Be Exceptional N Everything by showing how the values, discipline, and lessons learned through sports can translate into lifelong success beyond the game.

🏆📊 Sporting Championship Analytics = Purpose Beyond the Game! 🏟️🧠

We heard from an incredible panel featuring Lena Allouche, Marshall Bennett, Malcolm Ruben, and Winston Steele, who each shared their unique journeys and insights surrounding education, financial planning, strategic growth, and financial advisory. Their stories highlighted how preparation, leadership, and purposeful decision-making can create opportunities both on and off the field.

Students also took part in our “Sporting Championship Analytics” activation, where they worked together as team owners and event executives to build and manage a major sporting event. From analyzing player statistics and creating winning strategies to managing budgets, operations, and event planning, the activation showed how math, collaboration, leadership, and innovation all come together through STEAM.

Thank you to our panelists for pouring into the next generation and encouraging our students to think critically, lead intentionally, and discover purpose beyond the game.

Congratulations to our Class of 2026 seniors! 🎓 We are proud of all that you have accomplished and grateful to have been a small part of your journey. As you step into your next chapter, know that we are always here to support and encourage you, and we can’t wait to see how each of you continues to in all that you do.

Wishing all of our students a strong finish to the school year and a safe, successful, and amazing summer! ☀️🐝

We’re excited to introduce our Math Seminar panelists:
Lena Allouche, Marshall Bennett, Malcolm Ruben, and Winston Steele.

This panel reflects our Bee’s Believers core value of
“Wisdom”, the ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and use knowledge as a tool for growth and opportunity. Through their experiences in sports, entertainment, finance, and business, each of our panelists brings a unique perspective on how math, financial literacy, and strategic thinking play a major role in success both professionally and personally.

Students will also take part in engaging discussions and activities designed to show how numbers influence everyday decisions, from managing finances and understanding investments to analyzing sports performance and navigating business opportunities.
This experience will challenge them to see math not just as a subject in school, but as a powerful skill that shapes the world around them.

We can’t wait for our students to hear how these professionals have used strategy, discipline, and financial knowledge to create impact in their industries and communities.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!

🐝 Meet the Bee’s Believers 2025 Summer Internship Cohort 🐝

This summer, we have the privilege of hosting three exceptional student-athletes who have brought leadership, drive, and purpose to our mission as apart of our 2025 Summer Internship Cohort:

🌟 Blaise Tita (Sr.) – Business Major
A proud Alief native and aspiring entrepreneur, Blaise is focused on using his platform and education to reinvest in his community. He’s passionate about inspiring students from similar backgrounds by showing that success is attainable through hard work, vision, and perseverance.

🌟 Plae Wyatt (GSr.) – Master of Global Affairs
With a foundation in Sports Management, Plae is exploring his future in coaching or education—all while mentoring youth through character-building and leadership development. His time at Bee’s Believers is an extension of his passion for helping young people grow and thrive.

🌟Marcus Williams (GSr.) – Master of Global Affairs
With a background in Finance and a heart for impact, Marcus is dedicated to guiding and empowering the next generation. He believes deeply in the power of mentorship, discipline, and example—qualities he brings into every aspect of his work with Bee’s Believers.

Over the past month, this cohort has taken on key responsibilities including planning and supporting sports and STEAM programs, engaging directly with youth, and receiving mentorship from athlete-entrepreneurs who are making a difference in their communities. They’re exploring how sports, business, and education intersect—and how that intersection can be a powerful force for good. These three student-athletes are interning with us not only to serve their communities—but to grow as leaders, entrepreneurs, and role models.

We’re honored to support their growth and proud to have them in the Bee’s Believers hive!
