Houston Jewish Collaborative for Racial Justice Houston Jews coming together to advance racial, economic, and social justice in the greater community We pursue two central goals:
1.

HJCRJ brings together Houston Jews to advance racial, economic, and social justice within Jewish communities and the greater Houston community. You cannot achieve what you cannot imagine, and we imagine a world where people thrive and live with dignity and joy. We engage in anti-racism education and practices in Jewish spaces. We raise awareness of the advantages conferred upon white people and the disadvantages faced by Black, Indigenous and People of Color and help build individual and collective capacity to take action to disrupt structures that perpetuate injustice and harm.

2. We organize and work in and around Houston in partnership with those most directly impacted by injustice. We amplify voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color leading this work.
