We would like to share the event schedule and important information for the upcoming GSAB Community Picnic.

Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Venue: Tom Bass Regional Park – Section I, Pavilion 2
Address: 3452 Fellows Road, Houston, TX 77047

Please review the details below carefully, as they address many frequently asked questions.

Event Schedule

The event will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude promptly at 4:30 PM.

Important Information

1. If you are driving to the venue, please follow the road signs as you approach the picnic area.

2. Ample parking will be available at the venue, and parking is free of charge.

3. This is an outdoor event. We strongly recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. Please ensure that children are dressed warmly and comfortably, and consider bringing extra clothing for them, as they will be spending extended time outdoors.

4. Lunch will consist of Bangladeshi cuisine.

5. If you have any special dietary restrictions, we kindly request that you bring your own food. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special food orders.

6. The venue includes large open spaces. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please note that we will not have designated chaperones or volunteers for child supervision.

7. The event will conclude strictly at 4:30 PM. After this time, park authorities will not permit us to remain at the venue.
