We might possess a few physical limitations, but there are still things that bought us joy as children that we can still do! There is no age limit on whimsy and fun!

-grab a coloring book and the jumbo box of crayons
-play jacks with your kids or grand kids
-blow bubbles
-go to the park and swing
-fix a jigsaw puzzle
-buy comic books
-watch cartoons

The possibilities are endless!!

Another day another challenge. 😂

I actually think some of these. Challenges are good baselines. Especially if they are attainable by simply moving our bodies more. The goal is the be healthy, feel good, and be as independently mobile as possible as we age!

Even if our knees creak…at least the work! Don’t take it for granted!
