CAP org will host an Athlete Performance Nutrition Clinic Nov 2nd 7pm (at Combined Arms)
Come learn how to eat to fuel your body!!

Making competition weight can be hard come learn how to do it the safe and correct way. My Fit Foods will explain how to fuel your body properly and will be providing sample meals to preregistered athletes. Texas A&M will also be onsite with follow up nutrition info.

MUST preregister for FREE sample meal

Athletes fighting on Freedom Showcase make sure you attend so that we can get your promo shots (no cost) …. All others athletes can add promo shots if you choose for a cost.

Parents of minors must register and attend. Coaches we want you there too!
